RRUBIE'S TREE-HOUSE - The Grand Opening!

Rrubie's Tree-House has finally been inaugurated in the presence of many guests, artists, artists' friends and relatives, local authorities and the constructors. Only one person was missing: me, the designer. This Covid-19 pandemic has had also minor consequences such as this. Taiwan has done a Great job in preventing the spread of the virus and fortunately I was 'virtually' present through the means of modern technology.
Rrubie's Tree House is built using recyclable and recycled materials only and it's located at Orange Farmhouse, a beautiful resort in Zhuolan, on an elevated plateau in central Taiwan, famous for its organic-grown fruit.
The tree-house will entertain kids and families visiting the area and it's an artistic presence that is going to be added to the list of artworks created there these past few years. Some time from now, the whole area will be characterised by both its natural beauties and artistic presence.

Thanks to Mooz Lee for the video, to Mingts Yu for her help, to Sarah Yu for all the pictures and support.

RRUBIE's TREE HOUSE - 2

The originally called 'Little bird tree-house" is an idea of Mr. Yu, architect and owner of the Orange Farmhouse in Zhuolan, a luxious plateau in central Taiwan, where there are plenty of orchards of organic grown fruit, such as the Oriental pear, Grapes, Star Fruit and Oranges. Of course, being that an ideal place to grow plants, there are also lemon trees, tomatoes and plenty of Dragon fruit cultivations.

The basic drawing I made has been used as a base for the trre house. For the inner structure, the chosen materials have been recycled pvc tubes and wood.

Thanks to Sarah Yu for the pictures.

RRUBIE's TREE HOUSE!

Last year, while in Zhuolan, Taiwan, I was asked by Mr. Yu, Architect and owner of the Orange Farmhouse, to design a tree house to be placed within those premises. Orange Farmhouse is a well-known resort where people go to relax and buy organic grown fruit.

This is the first preliminary technical drawing.
More news in the next articles.

Thanks to Sarah Yu for all her support and photos.
