In a moment of
dire consequences, Susumu 進, the Japanese Koi, undertook the perilious challenge to follow the
bureaucratic path and get all the necessary documents to come and visit the
city. In order to combine business and pleasure, he took this chance to help
solve the catastrophic moral failure affecting the labour market, without
asking for whatsoever reward or monetary remuneration. To him go the
citizenry's enduring affection and gratitude.
