HISTORY 53 - 2014 - VISITOR'S VISA

In a moment of dire consequences, Susumu 進, the Japanese Koi, undertook the perilious challenge to follow the bureaucratic path and get all the necessary documents to come and visit the city. To him go the citizenry's enduring affection and gratitude.
