This is another painting from a series I have recently created about the 'beautiful game' of Football, where players are actually team-colour-feathered birds.
I wanted to convey the amusing aspects of this ball game; a ball and a group of friends having fun is the essence.
Each bird represents a different team of the long list of international clubs.
This is an acrylic and oil painting representing a "Rigogulus Neapolitani" (Light blue Oriole).
"Who wants to play with me? The more, the better!"
It's good to have a point of reference and a ball is a very nice symbol, besides being so much fun to play with.
