HAPPY YEAR of the MOUSE ANIMATION - 2

This is the way I have created my small animation for this Chinese New Year.
I started working on a painting I made with this mouse, first animal of the 12 years' cycle of the Chinese Zodiac.
I created 6 different positions of this dynamic rodent and assembled them together to create a simple GIF animation. After that, I have tried to give it a more traditional flavour, adding a few notes played on a digital Gu-zheng, the wonderful and inspiring Chinese Cithara using a video-editing software.
That's it. Trial and error has helped me. Next time I'll do better.
Making animation is one of my original passions. I would like to have more opportunities to create some.

My BALL, my GAME 6 - 我的球，我的 6 - JUVENTUS!

My ball, my game - 我的球，我的 遊戲 (6) - Juventus!
Another painting I have recently created, to celebrate the 'beautiful game' of Football. Players are team-colour-feathered birds. This one is from the Italian team Juventus, at present n.5 in the 2020 World Football Clubs ranking.
This is an acrylic and oil painting representing a "Rigogulus Juventutis" (Black and white striped Oriole).
It's an Sunday morning game and probably lunchtime will be called anytime soon. One more action before we go?

My BALL, my GAME, my WORLD – 我的球，我的 遊戲, 我的世界

This is an oval, acrylic and oil painting representing a group of Red Orioles (台灣朱鸝) flying around a football ball. It's an allegory of many people's philosophy of life, where pretty much everything revolves around their favourite team's action, fortune and whereabouts.
It's good to have a point of reference, we all need some also after we've grown up and let Mum and Dad's nest. It's also a new entry in my ARTFINDER SHOP.

Time is passing and shortly we are about to celebrate also Chinese New Year.
A mouse will replace the pig on Saturday, January 25.
As for all celebrations which are not in a country's tradition, they become excuse to eat together and have a good time with family, friends or both. And they are an excuse to exchange gifts.

MY BALL, MY GAME 8 - The away match

I have recently created a series of paintings related to the 'beautiful game' of Football, where players are actually team-colour-feathered birds.
I wanted to convey the amusing aspects of this ball game; a ball and a group of friends having fun is the essence.
Of course you need some colours that may inspire some mild sense of belonging and: GOAL!
This is an oval, acrylic and oil painting representing a "Rigogolus Milanensis" (Red and Black striped Oriole).
It's an far away match and the whole family is reaching the venue. Hopes are very high of course...
